It's going to be a good winter, as my freezer is full of lean venison. About 80 pounds or so.
Venison is my favorite meat....no fat...all natural...and grain fed....can't get much beter than that.
We make jerky, steaks, chops, speddies, stew, chili and tacos with venison.
If any of you out there have never tried wild venison...then you are missing a great treat.
